where you are accepted for who God created you to be...

Here is a little reminder of how God hears and answers all the little prayers as well as the big ones.  Nahum the donkey owner (Linda) needed a frock to wear for the Palm Sunday bash and here is his/ her story....

I was attending the Open door on Sunday night 1st of April and Sue had prepared a small play for the group for the pre-easter gathering. Sue needed a donkey owner, Nahum  and so I agreed.

I had to dress up in an outfit to match my character.  My first question was how will I find an outfit  with three days notice.  As I do,  I left it in God's hands, (let go let God). Sue offered me some outfits that were a bit too formal for my part (they were Wise men outfits for Christmas) so I said I will think of something.

I did not even have sandals to match Nahum!

On Thursday, I was walking down the street and to my surprise I notice a pair of brown sandals on a pile of rubbish.  they fitted!  Great, I now have the shoes.

All I needed was the clothing. Then on Sunday my flat mate came home with a toga costume that he was going to wear for a toga night himself. I borrowed his costume and appeared at the Open door ready for my part in the play.

Letting go and letting God is something that I live by and this is just one example where I was truly blessed.

Kindest Regards
